Will PlayStation Vita be Released in October 28th?

This update from IGN tells of a possible release date for the PlayStation Vita. The post talks of a Blockbuster advertisement in the UK that shows release dates for both versions of Vita (See Below)

The advertisement shows the release date as October 28th (at least for Europe). IGN has reached out to Sony and Blockbuster to find out some more info, I will keep my eyes out for updates but you may very well see the new handheld before Christmas.
