Adding New Members via E-Mail
When you’re adding members to your group on gamerDNA, you can invite members to join your group by sending an invitation to either there e-mail address or their gamerDNA name. You should use this method only if you have a relatively small number of members to invite. For large groups, it would be easier to invite them via the guild invitation link.>
- Click the Members tab to access the Members page of the group hosting.
- Enter the email addresses or gamerDNA member names of the members that you would like to add to your group in the Invite members using an email address or a gamerDNA member name text field. Then click Invite
- If you choose, you now have the option to personalize your invitation. Once you’re satisfied with the invitation, click the Send Invitation button to invite the member to join your group.
You have succesfully sent an invitation to a prospective group member. Now all you need to do is wait for the member to accept it!
