Working with the Group Roster

Your roster is where you can see a comprehensive list of all your group members as well as (if you choose) the characters and identities your members have on gamerDNA. This guide will tell you how to customize your group roster. To begin customizing your group roster:

  1. Log in to the guild management interface by clicking the Manage link on the guild navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Members tab to access the Members page of the group management system

the Members tab of the group hosting interface

  1. Scroll down to the Roster Configuration section, where you can set options for your Roster.

You can begin by enabling the roster by clicking the checkbox next to Enable the built in roster page. Next, you can choose the roster type – a Level and class based roster and a gamerDNA member based roster.

If your group is mostly relegated to one game (e.g. World of Warcraft), it’s better to use a Level and class based roster so you can see in-depth character information for all the members of your group. Alternatively, if your group plays many games, or plays games that aren’t heavily dependant on class and level, it’s better to use the gamerDNA member based roster which displays information based off of your group members’ name on gamerDNA.com.

That’s it! You’ve changed your group’s roster!
